Mid Town

Midtown is ideally situated in between Downtown Houston and the Medical Center, residents of this newly renovated neighborhood never have to travel very far. Just a few miles South of Downtown and a quick METROrail ride from Minute Maid Park, the Museum District, or the Toyota Center, Midtown is truly located in the heart of the city. Known as Houston's newest hotspot, Midtown is filled with popular restaurants, clubs, and bars that are all within walking distance of each other.

Downtown

The Downtown Houston district has been completely revamped, and is now home to many newly built condos, lofts, apartments and entertainment venues. Over the past decade, more than 4 billion dollars have been invested in the area, and as a result, the downtown area is bustling with activity. Restaurants and clubs have filled the once vacant sites along Main Street. Discovery Green, a 12 acre Park opened in 2008 featuring a childrens playground with water features, an amphitheatre for concerts and spacious green lawns for relaxing and just enjoying the day . The Rocket's Toyota Center and the Astros Minute Maid Park are popular among sports fans and are conveniently located in the Downtown area. Additionally, the downtown Houston theatre district is ranked second behind only New York in number of seats, making it possible to take in a play, an opera or a concert on most days of the week.
